Terms of service
Last updated November 5, 2026
These terms are an agreement between Tekton Software LLC, a Nevada company ("we"), and the organization that creates a SigDek team ("you"). By creating a team or using SigDek, you agree to them on behalf of your organization, and confirm you're authorized to do so.
The service
SigDek records AI coding agent activity on machines you connect, shows it in a dashboard, and generates reports. The recorder is open-source software under the Apache License 2.0; these terms cover the hosted service.
Your responsibilities
- Connect only machines you're entitled to monitor, and tell the people who use them that agent activity is recorded, as your employment law and policies require.
- Keep sign-in accounts secure and remove people who leave.
- Don't use SigDek to break the law, to attack it or other customers, or to resell it without our agreement.
Your data
Records and reports belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide, secure and support the service. We handle them as described in the privacy policy and the security page. Your owners and admins can export records as CSV at any time while we keep them, whether or not you have an active plan, and you can ask us to delete your team.
Trial, plans and payment
New teams get a 14-day trial. Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, which acts as merchant of record and collects applicable taxes. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the billing period; fees already paid aren't refunded except where the law requires. If a trial or plan lapses, recording continues and existing reports stay available, but new reports and adding people need an active plan: no new invitations can be sent, and invitations already sent can't be accepted.
Evidence, not assurance
SigDek gives you records and reports to support your own compliance work. It doesn't certify compliance with SOC 2 or any other standard, it can only record machines that run the recorder, and each report states its known limits. Your auditor decides what evidence satisfies them.
Availability and changes
We work to keep SigDek available and your data safe, but provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change features; we'll give 30 days' notice before removing anything significant you rely on.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using SigDek and ask us to delete your team at any time. We may suspend or end access for a serious breach of these terms, after notice where practical. Sections on data, liability and governing law survive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada.
